Finally, a truly secluded riverfront cabin with so many ways to relax and so little time! Bluffstone offers just about anything you could want; king beds, TV/DVD's in every room, wireless hi-speed internet, a pool table, wood burning fireplace, large hot tub, fire-pit, horseshoes, large fenced yard, and all on the Ellijay River.

Bluffstone is a beautifully decorated four bedroom, three & one-half bath home that sleeps up to eight (8) people and offers the following:

    Main level, king size bedroom, Cable Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, & full bathroom

    Second level with two king size bedrooms, Cable Flat Screen TV's & DVD Players in each room, & full bathroom

    Patio level, king size bedroom, Cable Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, & full bathroom

    Patio level also offers a separate game room with pool table, darts, bar, refrigerator, & board games, and covered outdoor dining table

    Main level living area with wood burning fireplace, Cable Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, separate dining area, & powder room

    Central HVAC throughout, full size washer and dryer

    Free Wireless Hi Speed Internet Access

    Large screened dining porch with farmhouse table and rocking chairs

    Deck with large hot tub and gas grill

    Bluffstone sits high up over the river, hence the name, Bluffstone. It's a bit of a walk down to the Ellijay River. Never counted, but if you have long legs, like my wife, would imagine at least a 100+ steps down, via an earthen, wooded path. Once you've arrived the peacefulness, of sitting on the deck overlooking the river and the sloping step into the cool water is truly heavenly

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

    Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster

    Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans

    Additional offerings, fresh roasted private label coffee beans, coffee grinder, and coffee maker

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $185 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests, each additional guest above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $15 per night plus tax
Weekly rates are $1110 plus tax, additional guests above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $90 per week plus tax
Cleaning fee of $115, plus tax
Two night minimum stay on non-holidays
Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas (sorry no check-ins on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day)

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!

Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, all natural treats, and beach towels.

We have a minimum stay of two (2)nights for all non-holiday stays. We have a three (3) night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October. (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day). And for Thanksgiving and Christmas, we require a four (4) night minimum stay (sorry no check-ins on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day).

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than thirty (30) days to arrival date, minus a $40 cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made thirty (30) days or less to arrival date.
