Apple Springs is a luxuriously appointed, newly constructed, four bedroom, three and one-half bath log home. This beauty has all of the amenities, large easy, living area, a cozy downstairs man-cave, and with an easy access paved drive to the door, you and your family may never want to leave.

Apple Springs will sleep up to eight (8) guests and offers the following:

    Main level, king size bedroom, Cable Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, and full bathroom

    Second level with a queen size bedroom and full size bedroom and full bath

    Patio level with king size bedroom and full bathroom,

    Patio level also offers great "man-cave" with a Huge Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, in stock movies, cushy seating, game room with foosball table and board games

    Main level living area with gas log fireplace, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player

    Central heat and air, full washer/dryer, and powder room

    Free Wireless Hi Speed Internet Access

    Deck with large hot tub

    Deck off of kitchen with gas grill and large outside dining table

    Paved driveway, offering stress free access

    Spa quality soap, hair dryer, and towels

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes:

    Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster

    Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans

    Additional offerings, freshly roasted, private label coffee beans, coffee grinder, and coffee maker

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $175 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests, each additional guest above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $15 per night plus tax
Weekly rates are $1050 plus tax, additional guests above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $90 per week plus tax
Cleaning fee of $115, plus tax
Damage Waiver Fee $35
Two night minimum stay on non-holidays
Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas (sorry no check-ins on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day)

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!

Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, all natural treats, and beach towels.

We have a minimum stay of two (2)nights for all non-holiday stays. We have a three (3) night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October, and Christmas (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day). And for Thanksgiving we have a four (4) night minimum stay (sorry no check-ins on Thanksgiving Day).

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than thirty (30) days to arrival date, minus a $40 cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made thirty (30) days or less to arrival date.
