Casa del Rio Verde could truly be considered your home away from home, where every detail is addressed and all of your needs met. Nestled on the banks of the Ellijay River, this beautifully decorated, hand-hewn log home is as luxurious as they come. Enjoy the nighttime river view subtly lit by the tree-line spots from your deck or hot tub, watching for the otters and the occasional deer dancing in the water. Relax on the screened porch, or catch some sunshine on your private gated deck during the day. Maybe try your hand at fly-fishing, go tubing, relax in front of the outdoor fireplace, or roast s'mores in the water-side fire-pit, or maybe just take a well deserved nap in the spacious hammock while listening to the river go by. You may never want to leave.

Casa del Rio Verde is a exquisitely decorated three bedroom, two bath log home that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following:

Romantic master bedroom with king size bed, luxurious 400 count sheets, vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, gas log fireplace, Cable Flat Screen TV and DVD Player, and full size bathroom

Two additional king bedrooms, Cable Flat Screen TV and DVD Players, and full size bathroom

Pool table, Hi Speed Internet Access, Games, and Books

Wood burning fireplace in living room, central heat and air, washer and dryer

Screened porch with eating area, gated deck with large hot tub, and gas grill

Covered outdoor wood burning fireplace, waterside earthen fire pit, lounge chairs, and hammock

Bath essentials such as deodorant soap, hair dryer, thick towels, and bath robes

Cable Color TV with network channels, DVD Player, Telephone, Movies, CD's

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee beans, coffee grinder, and coffee maker

Dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $180 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests, each additional guest above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $15 per night plus tax
Weekly rates are $1080 plus tax, additional guests above four (4), age of one (1) year or older, $90 per week plus tax
Cleaning fee of $75
Two night minimum stay on non-holidays
Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, Month of July, Labor Day, Month of October, and Christmas (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day)
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving (sorry no check-in Thanksgiving Day)

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!

Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, all natural treats, and beach towels.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
