As soon as you walk into Carters Mountain Retreat you'll begin to relax and feel all the stresses of the world slip away.

Carters Mountain Retreat is a nicely decorated, single level, two bedroom, one bath pet friendly, log cabin that sleeps up to four (4) guests and offers the following:

        Two queen-size bedrooms, and one full-size bathroom, all conveniently located on a single level

        Comfortable living area with wood burning fireplace, Satellite TV with Network Channels, DVD player, Telephone, Books, & Games

        Central heating and air and washer/dryer

        Covered porch with large hot tub, gated deck, charcoal grill, & comfortable rocking chairs looking out over the Blue Ridge Mountains

        Spa quality soap, hair dryer & towels

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, cutlery, and utensils

Also included are fresh private label coffee beans, coffee grinder, and coffee maker

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Rates are $110 per night plus tax for up to four (4) guests
Weekly rates are $660 plus tax for up to four (4) guests
Cleaning fee of $65, plus tax
Two night minimum stay on non-holidays
Three night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October
Four night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas (sorry no check-ins on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day)

Pets Always Stay Free! There are no size or weight limits or pet deposits!

Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, all natural treats, and beach towels.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than thirty (30) days to arrival date, minus a $40 cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made thirty (30) days or less to arrival date.
