Cancelling Your Cabin Rental

Minimum Stay, Reservations, & Cancellations

Nightly rates are for up to four (4) guests. Additional guests above four, add $15 per night, plus tax. All cabins require a nominal cleaning fees, along with a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee, and Taxes which are currently 12%. All rates are subject to change.

Minimum Night Stay: Sliding Rock Cabins® requires a minimum stay of two (2)nights for all non-holiday reservations, with NO exception. Absolutely, NO One (1) night rentals.

We have a three (3) night minimum stay for the following dates, for most cabins. Please Note, individual cabins, may have different requirements:

New Years

Memorial Day

America's Independence Day (04th of July)

Labor Day

Month of October

We have a four (4) night minimum stay for all cabins for the following dates:

Thanksgiving (No check-in on Thanksgiving Day)

Christmas (No check-in on Christmas Day)

Reservations:

If making a reservation outside of thirty (30) days to the expected arrival, we require a fifty percent (50%) deposit via either MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. The balance will be automatically charged to the same MasterCard, Visa, or Discover, thirty (30) days prior to the expected arrival date and directions to your cabin will be sent, if we have received your signed Cabin Rental Agreement.

If making a reservation within thirty (30) days to the expected arrival, we require the full reservation amount via either MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.

Please Note: The moment you authorize Sliding Rock Cabins® to charge your credit card for the reservation amount, Sliding Rock Cabins® considers the reservation made and any cancellation will be governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation/Change Policy:

All cancellations/changes must be received in writing, via fax or certified letter. If outside of thirty (30) days of reservation date, Sliding Rock Cabins® will refund the deposit amount less a $40 cancellation fee, plus applicable taxes. If within thirty (30) days of reservation date, No Refund will be offered. No Reason nor Excuse excuses you from this cancellation policy.

Sliding Rock Cabins® allows one change if outside the thirty (30) reservation period, at no additional charge. Subsequent changes incur a $40 change fee, plus applicable taxes.
