Cancelling Your Cabin Rental

Minimum Stay, Reservations, & Cancellations

Minimum Night Stay: Sliding Rock Cabins® requires a minimum stay of two (2)nights for all non-holiday reservations, with NO exception. Absolutely, NO ONE (1) night rentals.

We have a three (3) night minimum stay for the following dates:

New Years

Memorial Day

04th of July

Labor Day

Month of October

Christmas (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day)

We have a four (4) night minimum stay for Thanksgiving (sorry no check-ins on Thanksgiving Day)

Reservations:

If making a reservation outside of twenty-one (21) days to the expected arrival, we require a fifty percent (50%) deposit via either MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. The balance will be automatically charged to the same MasterCard, Visa, or Discover, twenty-one (21) days prior to the expected arrival date and directions to your cabin will be sent, if we have received your signed Cabin Rental Agreement.

If making a reservation within twenty-one (21) days to the expected arrival, we require the full reservation amount via either MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.

Please Note: The moment you authorize Sliding Rock Cabins® to charge your credit card for the reservation amount, Sliding Rock Cabins® considers the reservation made and any cancellation will be governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation/Change Policy:

All cancellations/changes must be received in writing, via fax or certified letter. If outside of twenty-one (21) days of reservation date, Sliding Rock Cabins® will refund the deposit amount less a $30 cancellation fee, plus applicable taxes. If within twenty-one (21) days of reservation date, No Refund will be offered. No Reason excuses you from the cancellation policy.

Sliding Rock Cabins® allows one change if outside the twenty-one (21) reservation period, at no additional charge. Subsequent changes incur a $30 change fee, plus applicable taxes.
